SJG Print & Design Terms of Service and User Agreement

This User Agreement and Privacy Policy ("Agreement") governs how SJG Print & Design, referred to as "we," "our," or "us," collects, protects, and uses information from users ("you" or "User") who visit or make purchases on our ecommerce platform, www.sjgprintdesign.com (the "Platform"). This Platform specializes in selling custom transfers, accessories, and related services. By using our Platform or placing an order, you agree to this User Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and any other relevant policies.

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement or our Platform at any time, without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically for any updates.

By using our services, you agree to the terms herein and acknowledge that SJG Print & Design operates solely as a printing service. You retain full responsibility for the designs you upload or use on the Platform and agree to hold us harmless from any legal issues related to your designs.

Intellectual Property

We respect your intellectual property rights, and we expect the same from you. By using the Platform, you confirm that you have the necessary rights to the designs you submit and agree to SJG Print & Design's Intellectual Property Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

  • If you intend to resell products made using SJG Print & Design's services, you confirm that you hold all necessary intellectual property rights for those designs.
  • You agree that the designs and content you upload to our Platform will not violate any applicable laws or infringe upon the rights of any third party.
  • SJG Print & Design reserves the right to reject or remove any content or order that violates these terms.

You also acknowledge that by submitting your designs, you grant SJG Print & Design the right to print and produce those designs as requested.

Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

The information provided on the Platform is offered "as is," without warranties of any kind. SJG Print & Design does not guarantee error-free, uninterrupted service or access to the Platform. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all information is without error.

By using the Platform, you agree to release SJG Print & Design from any liability for damages that occur from using the Platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You further agree to indemnify and hold SJG Print & Design harmless from any claims, legal actions, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of this Agreement, or breach of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to your use of the Platform, this User Agreement, or any dealings with SJG Print & Design shall be resolved in a court located in Travis County, Texas. Both parties agree to submit to this jurisdiction and waive any objections based on venue or convenience.

All claims must be brought individually, and not as part of a class action or other collective proceeding.

Miscellaneous

  • Severability: If any portion of this Agreement is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be removed, but the rest of the Agreement will remain in full effect.
  • Headings: Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of the Agreement.
  • Non-Waiver: Failure to enforce any part of this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that part in the future.
