At SJG Print & Design, we strive to get your orders processed and shipped out as quickly as possible from our facility in Austin, TX. Please note that shipping times do not include production times, which may vary depending on the product. Below you’ll find detailed information on our shipping procedures, methods, and policies.
Turnaround Times:

DTF Transfers,UV DTF Transfers and Vinyl Stickers in most cases.
Ships Same or Next Business Day if ordered by 12 PM CST. -
Supplies or Consumables in most cases.
Ships Same Business Day if ordered by 3 PM CST.
We aim to process all orders within 1-3 business days. Expedited and Jump The Line orders are prioritized for fast shipping.
Shipping Locations:
We currently ship within the United States and Canada. Please note that shipments outside of the continental US (e.g., Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada) may incur additional shipping fees.
- Important: Blank orders shipped outside the continental US are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Shipping Options:
We offer a variety of shipping options to accommodate your needs:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 Business Days)
- UPS Ground (4-5 Business Days)
- Rush Shipping (2-4 Business Days)
- Guaranteed Next Day Air Saver
- Guaranteed UPS Next Day Air
- Saturday Delivery (Available for orders placed after Thursday, 3 PM CST. Your address must be eligible with UPS to qualify.)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your package. Please note that shipping times are estimates and do not include production times.
Important Shipping Information:
- We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
- Expedited and Jump The Line Orders are prioritized, but production times are not included in shipping estimates.
- Ensure accuracy of your shipping address before placing your order. If there are any issues, reach out to us immediately at info@sjgservicesllc.com.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 1-3 business days for the tracking number to become active.
If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days of your order being shipped, please contact us at info@sjgservicesllc.com with your name, email, and order number.
Shipping Delays & Delivery Issues:
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at info@sjgservicesllc.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Please be aware that we are not liable for delays due to:
- Carrier shipping issues
- Incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses
- Weather conditions
- Holidays
International Shipping:
We deliver to Canada but be aware that international orders may incur additional duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery. SJG Print & Design is not responsible for these additional charges.
