Custom Laser Engraved Leather Patches - Wholesale Packages

Your custom engraved hat patches are laser engraved using our high-powered CO2 laser to provide you with cleanly engraved and extremely detailed patches. These patches are great for hats, backpacks, bags, and anything you can imagine. We use premium leatherette which is thicker, more durable, and has a stronger heat-activated adhesive than standard alternatives. **ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS:** • One color and one design per order/set • Color Options: Rawhide, Glossy Black/Silver, Glossy White, Grey, Rustic/Gold, Saddle Tan, Dark Brown, Heritage Rawhide, Heritage Black, Heritage Charcoal, Heritage Flint, Heritage Sand, Heritage Olive, Heritage Walnut • Upload your vector file (SVG, AI, etc) with one color (RGB BLACK) to represent what you want to engrave • Default patch size is limited to 6" square dimensions • By default we will make the patch shape a contour/die-cut of approximately 1/8" around the design **WHAT'S INCLUDED:** ✓ Custom laser engraving on premium leatherette ✓ Heat-activated adhesive backing ✓ Die-cut to your design shape ✓ Digital proof for approval before production **APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:** 1. Preheat hat in hat press for 30 seconds at 325°F 2. Heat the back of the patch with a heat gun for 15-30 seconds until adhesive activates 3. Apply patch to desired location while still warm 4. Press again for 30 seconds with light to medium pressure 5. Check edges and repress if needed Larger Sets = Lower Price Per Patch!
